All services provided (e.g. editing, copywriting, proofing) are tailored to individual client needs. Deliverables, timelines, and costs will be confirmed in writing before work begins.  

  1. Payments

Fees are payable by the due date specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur interest or a delay in service delivery. I reserve the right to request a deposit or upfront payment for larger projects. 

  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project, please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds are rare and considered on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work has already been completed. 

  1. Intellectual property

Drafts and final work remain your intellectual property at all times. 

  1. Website use

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Jakki Magowan. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission. 

  1. Limitation of liability

While I take great care in my work, I cannot guarantee outcomes beyond what is agreed in writing. I am not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or the services provided.
